These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the terms and conditions in force at the time of entering into each Contract (as defined below) or, failing that, at the time of using the website, will be the ones that apply to you.
The services and information products offered are available only to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent this.
Natural Portraits reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and the products offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these conditions of use.
PURCHASING PROCESS
Users must follow the purchase process on the website, during which they can select one or more products and add them to their shopping cart, and finally click on “Checkout.”
The user must first fill out the form that appears on the website, completing the required fields. Once they have been filled out, they can choose the payment method, which can be by credit card or PayPal.
After the purchase, the User will be able to access all the content necessary to complete the courses purchased solely through the online training platform itself (naturalportraits.es), identifying themselves, in all cases, with the access credentials provided at the time of creating the user account.
Communications, purchase orders, and payments involved in transactions carried out on the Website may be archived and stored in Natural Portraits’ computerized records in order to constitute a means of proof of the transactions, in all cases respecting the reasonable security conditions and the laws and regulations in force that are applicable in this regard, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
LICENSE AND TERMS OF USE
With the purchase of any course, access is offered only to the person who purchases it. For this reason, access to the account is limited to two simultaneous connections and a maximum of five different devices. If these limitations are exceeded, the account may be suspended indefinitely until the user resolves the problem of these connections.
All user accounts created on our training platform are the property of Natural Portraits, which reserves all rights to them at all times.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices displayed on the website are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated and applied due to legal requirements, particularly with regard to VAT.
Under no circumstances will the website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, except for those that the user has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods are PayPal and credit card (Visa, American Express, and Mastercard), through the Stripe payment platform, adapted to PSD2. You can find more information at https://stripe.com/es/privacy.
Natural Portraits uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The OWNER is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, including the graphic design and HTML code, and is also the owner or has the corresponding license for the intellectual, industrial, and image rights of the content distributed through it.
The consumption of such content does not imply a waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of such rights by the owner, unless specified in the specific content.
Consequently, the User agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly communicate such content, nor to remove or omit the copyright notice, which exempts the website from any action that does not comply with this policy. The exploitation of the contents of the website may not be carried out without the express consent of the owner.
The consumption of such content does not imply a waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of such rights by the owner, unless specified in the specific content.
The joint purchase of courses by more than one person is prohibited, as their use is personal and non-transferable.
Any use not previously authorized by Natural Portraits will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and industrial property rights, and we reserve the right to take any civil and criminal action available to us to safeguard our rights, under penalty of committing a crime against intellectual property under Article 270 et seq. of the Criminal Code, with prison sentences of up to 4 years.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The owner guarantees the student the possibility of canceling their order within 30 calendar days of confirming the purchase. All amounts paid will be refunded.
The Customer shall notify the owner, within the stipulated period, clearly and unequivocally, by email to info@naturalportraits.es, of their desire to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid, for which reason the user must indicate the number and holder of the credit card to which the owner must make the payment of said amount. The deadline for said payment shall be a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Under no circumstances will the holder proceed to reimburse any specific course or block that has been more than 30% completed.
EUROPEAN CONSUMER REGULATIONS
The European Commission has created the first European platform for resolving disputes in e-commerce under the latest consumer law. Natural Portraits, as the entity responsible for this online sales platform, has a duty to inform its customers about the existence of an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.

MODIFICATIONS
The website reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, and may change, delete, or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Natural Portraits and the client will be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
