Information capture and its purpose

For the purposes of current legislation, the personal data you send me through the website forms will be processed as data of “Website Users and Subscribers” and/or “Clients and Suppliers.”

  • Contact form, for inquiries, suggestions, or professional contact. In this case, your email address will be used to respond to your message and send you the information you request through the website. The data you provide will be stored on the servers of Sered, our hosting provider.
  • Cookies, while they do not identify you as a user, are used for statistical analysis.
  • Google Analytics tracking systems, to study user preferences, demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, and other aggregate information to better understand our audience and their needs. Tracking user preferences also helps us show you the most relevant advertisements.
  • Facebook Ads, for the acquisition of subscribers and customers, so when generating an ad, the audience can be segmented by location, demographics, interests, etc. Therefore, the data obtained by this platform would be subject to this privacy policy from the moment the user leaves their data to join my community’s newsletter.

Remarketing is also used to associate a specific audience that has previously visited the website with a particular message, with the aim of encouraging them to revisit the site.
